The next step involves signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and the exchange of detailed information about your practice. We’ll work with you and your advisors to come to a fair and transparent valuation.

3. Indicative Offer

We’ll make a non-binding offer so you know what your practice is worth and can make an informed decision.

4. Detailed Due Diligence

We'll perform some checks and verify any material information that has been provided.

5. Formal Offer & Contract of Sale

We confirm our offer with a formal contract of sale.

6. Transition

We’ll work with you to onboard your practice and ensure the process is simple and stress-free!
