Megan Campbell is a seasoned Chief People Officer with a reputation for translating strategic vision into tangible business results. With over two decades of experience across both public and private sector, including aviation, healthcare and government, Megan is a trusted advisor and “safe pair of hands” for executives and boards navigating change, growth, and complex people issues.
Known for her pragmatic, down-to-earth approach, Megan has led multidisciplinary teams and overseen projects such as HRIS implementations, workforce restructures, cultural transformations, and merger integrations.
Naturally curious, Megan builds authentic relationships across all levels of an organisation. She has played key roles in workforce planning, talent development, union negotiations, and leadership coaching, and is deeply passionate about shaping cultures where people thrive.
Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Canterbury and has continued her professional growth through global leadership programs, including Authentic Leadership at Harvard Executive Business School. Most recently, she was a judge in the Human Resources NZ Annual Awards and speaker at the NZ HR Leader’s Forum.
