Kristy is an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions professional with over 15 year’s experience across a variety of Health-related businesses. With a deep understanding of developing strategic growth strategies, deal structuring and negotiation, Kristy has successfully led various companies through significant growth, resulting in value for all stakeholders.
The last 8 years of her career has been spent in the Veterinary industry where she led the growth of the fastest growing and largest Veterinary consolidator across ANZ.
Kristy prioritises developing strong relationships throughout the acquisitions process and always operates with a high level of integrity and transparency. She looks forward to working with the Executive Leadership Team to align the M&A strategy with the overall business goals of Abano Healthcare.
