John has spent the last 30 years focused on leading teams to support the delivery of quality practice and exceptional service. A people-focused leader, John is committed to balancing the delivery of quality care to our practitioners, practice staff and patients, with achieving a sense of wellness and purpose across the organisation.
Before joining Abano as CEO in 2023, John worked across the retail pharmacy, general practice, veterinary and childcare sectors. This experience has seen him develop a strong sense of servant leadership and the ability to shape a positive company culture based on clearly articulated and shared values.
As a CEO for the past 10 years, John has led companies through different stages of growth and industry challenges. His focus at Abano is to ensure our partnering clinicians receive the support they need to continue to grow and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
