Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Marketing and Omnichannel USA in the Greater Chicago Area, where he worked on integrating online and offline marketing channels to improve customer experience and boost sales.

Earlier in his career, Duncan was the Director of Marketing for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. In this role, he managed marketing operations across the region, developing strategies that significantly contributed to business growth.

Before these roles, Duncan spent eight years in various positions at other prominent companies in the audiology sector as National Marketing Manager in Australia, overseeing national marketing initiatives and driving retail growth.

Throughout his career, Duncan has specialised in growth marketing, omnichannel strategy, brand development, and customer relationship management. He has successfully launched and scaled several marketing campaigns and initiatives, resulting in increased brand awareness, market share, and revenue.
