Stephen is a Chartered Accountant with broad commercial experience within multi-national and private equity owned groups. Stephen has been working with an investment group for the last 5 years, which included a major roll-up of an Australian radiology group and a successful exit transaction in 2021. Stephen’s experience in finance, analytics, technology, strategy and M&A within multi-site, high-growth, and transformational environments is closely aligned with Abano Healthcare’s current positioning and future objectives. Stephen will be primarily based in Brisbane with regular visits to the teams in Melbourne & Auckland, as well as the expanding network of clinics.
