Two Pathways To Success

Stream 1 – Future Dentists (Available 2026) 

For overseas-trained dentists looking to prepare for the ADC Practical Exam and enrolled with ADC Warriors. 

Step 1 – Work & Learn 

  • Paid Work Experience as a Dental Assistant (up to AU: 38 hrs / NZ: 40 hrs)  

  • CE Allowance: Up to $20,000 to cover (ADC exams, ADC Warriors tuition, travel & accommodation) 

  • Paid study & exam leave 

Step 2 – Transition to Dentist 

  • On achieving AHPRA/DCNZ registration: 

  • Appointment as a Dentist: Competitive Employment or Independent Contractor Agreement Options 

  • Sign on Bonus / CPD Allowance 

Stream 2 – Registered Dentists (Available Now!) 

For ADC Warriors graduates already AHPRA/DCNZ registered and ready to practise. We’re here to support your next step in dentistry with exclusive benefits:

The Navigate Program Job Portal is your central hub for exciting career opportunities within Abano Healthcare. Currently, you’ll find available dentist positions for Stream 2, ideal for ADC Warriors graduates (or soon to be) who are AHPRA/DCNZ registered and ready to practise. As we approach 2026, the portal will expand to include Stream 1 Dental Assistant positions, opening the door for overseas-trained dentists preparing for the ADC Practical Exam to join our network and start their Navigate journey and gain experience in Australia or New Zealand as we partner with ADC Warriors to support your journey through exams.
